Jeff's January 2026 Closeout

I'm vibe-coding a marketing department, and if you are seeing this... it is working.

I am seeing the inflection point now. I've come to the conclusion that my project is ultimately a failure (Adama Platform) for multiple reasons beyond it being a vanity project. The market has changed. I'm using ClaudeMAX now as a CLI agent, and it is the single best and most obedient engineer that I've ever worked with. And I want to put an extra emphasis on the obedience aspect since I can just tell Claude to do shit without thinking about emotions or career growth or any other human nonsense that I have had to learn to emulate as a means of maximizing human productivity.

It is an interesting time, and I see my personal skill investments as both an individual contributor and leader changing dramatically. As an IC, deep skills are becoming a cheap commodity. As a leader, the entire game has changed since now everyone has access to tremendous capability to leverage.

As such, I can't help but wonder... What does it even mean to be human without a productive role or purpose? What does it mean to connect with others?

I don't have answers, but I am extremely hyper-optimistic in the sense that the glass isn't just half full but I'm grateful there is even a glass.

In the last year, I've lost over 100 pounds and my metabolic health is dialed in precisely such that I'm in the 15% of Americans that are metabolically healthy. I believe that in 10 years, we will solve aging such that the median age at which a millennial dies will be 150. In 50 years, maybe we achieve immortality because dying is dumb.

In the short term, I'm focused on continuing my health journey such that I can dial in weight to ideal. I don't even sit anymore at a desk since I'm working on the floor for mobility with a low desk. I'm all-in on health, and I can put my socks on while standing on one foot.

I'm sorting out all my priorities, but I'm going to invest in AI as everything is changing. An example, I am building some mobile games as I build a new game studio. I have three playable games and a bigger game that I'm sorting out ( https://github.com/orgs/nexivibe/repositories ). In making these games, I also vibe coded two tools to deal with image assets.

Right now, I'm crawling at vibe coding, but my first goal is to replace all the simple games with ads with games of my own and then add a twist. For example, my spider solitaire has six suits for extreme difficulty. I'm going to add a "time attack" mode to every game such that I can use the games to time my rest periods at the gym.

At core, the notion of prioritizing is going away as experimenting with ideas is getting rapid. It is radically interesting, and I'm beyond excited. It's going to take me longer to get the app store account set up under my LLC than making a bunch of games. "The Marginal is no longer marginal"

Ultimately, the short period from now until a year is going to greatly reward those that are creative and leverage the machine to ship things. I'm shipping games for myself, and I'm open sourcing everything since I didn't suffer them to build them. I haven't even looked at the code for anything in this GitHub organization.

My biggest fear is brain atrophy which is why I intend to keep Adama alive as a hobby and personal infrastructure that I work with. I predict I may have a second coming with Adama as we may get to the point where people can use the cost savings I offer, but I have to teach the machine how to leverage Adama which requires me understanding AI more.
